$220 per night (2 guests).
Additional $20 for (up to 2) children.
Minimum 2 night booking applies for standard weekend and 3 night minimum on long weekends.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days prior to booking or a $100 cancellation fee will be incurred.

Exclusive use of the private cottage.
All linen (high quality sheets and towels)
Fully equipped kitchen (pots and pans, cooking utensils, knife block, cheese board and knife, microwave, 2 burner gas cook top, cutlery including chopsticks, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses (water and wine), coffee, tea and sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, kettle and toaster
Breakfast provisions: Farm fresh free range eggs, bacon, sourdough, muesli, juice, Fleurieu Milk (or non-dairy milk if required) yoghurt, seasonal fruit when available.
Complimentary bottle of local wine on arrival (choice of red or white)
WIFI internet connection available.
Internet connected smart TV.
Wood fired (pot belly) heater including provision of firewood for evening fires.
Ceiling fan.
Enclosed outdoor garden & courtyard area including seating and picnic set also provided.

Blue Door Farm is not suitable for pets.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
Drug use is not permitted on the property

Payment must be made at time of booking.
Check in time is 3pm (earlier check in depending on availability)
Check out time is 11am (later check out depending on availability)
Due to off-grid power supply limitations, use of additional electric heating or cooling cannot be accommodated.
